During a time of uncertainty, worry and risk RRC would like to send a message out to our students and followers alike. Being a health & safety and environmental training provider, we thought it important to have a strict contingency plan in place in regards to Covid-19. This has led us to make the following decisions explored within this post, and allowed us to act with integrity and speed in response to the pandemic the UK are currently experiencing.
A Message From All of Us at RRC In Regards to Covid-19
The health and wellbeing of our staff and students at RRC is of utmost importance to us, this is why we have made the decision to allow our staff to work from home for the foreseeable future. We felt this was the best thing to do to ensure the safety of our staff, and for the greater good of the general public. Because, at a time like this, with much uncertainty and even more risk – it is better to be safe than sorry.
Classroom Courses Suspended
Suffice to say, we have also made the decision to suspend classroom courses until further notice. All students affected by this have already been contacted individually in order to make the necessary alternative arrangements.
Services and Support
Despite our staff working from home, our services and support will continue as normal.
Our online courses via The Learning Centre are all still fully functional, and at a time like this may well be perfect for you to practice self progression, which could include studying from home and gaining a new qualification.
Our dedicated customer advisors, customer service team and exams team can all still be contacted via phone or email, and they are able to offer the high level of support that RRC always delivers to our valued students.
Finally, if you do have any questions or queries feel free to contact us by calling: +44 (0)20 8944 3100 or emailing: info@rrc.co.uk. We will also be keeping our website regularly updated: rrc.co.uk, as well as our social media channels.
